Many instructors are good at preparing people for a test but when they fail nobody can help you as much as a former DVSA driving examiner. Our man John will speak to you and interpret each fault on the test report. he will explain the reason for the serious faults and suggest several different ways you can ensure it does not happen again.
We only use the highest pass rate test centre

One of the most important decisions is which centre you take the test at. Click here to see the official DVSA figures for every test centre conducting at least 700 tests a year.
We only use Ipswich test centre which has a 83.3% pass rate. The highest in England for any test centre.
Every trainer has over 20 years experience
We never employ trainers with less than 20 years experience. This gives candidates confidence that what they are being taught is based on many years knowledge. Obviously every trainer has to start somewhere but we value our customers and want to make sure they have the best possible chance of passing the test.
Retest training needs a different approach

Training somebody for a retest needs a totally different approach. There is not long to prepare a candidate for the retest and the trainer needs to make sure the driver has 3 things:
1. Knowledge of the vehicle and how it responds to certain situations
2. Knowledge of the testing road network and awareness of the 'Hotspots'. These are certain locations where candidates often make mistakes. Ipswich has very few of these locations, but we will show you every one.
3. A 100% belief that they have the knowledge and ability to pass the test. This might sound obvious but many people lose a lot of confidence when they fail a test

Our retest option comes with a unique guarantee. "If you fail a retest with us we will provide the next training session at half price". This will continue until you pass the test. This guarantee still applies even if you took the original test with another training company. The only condition here is that you attend the FREE observation day prior to your test day.

Our retest option includes a totally FREE day beforehand. During this day you will observe another candidate on their test day and learn the Ipswich testing area. You will also be listening to the trainer and taking in everything they say . You will also do some of the driving during the day. Every person says how valuable this was helping them pass the test.
