Flair Training is a well established driver training company. We focus totally on HGV driver training courses and NOT car driving lessons. A high percentage of our bookings come to us from recommendations or by word of mouth from people they know. We are now offering people the chance to earn extra income by recommending us to their friends, family or even people they work with. Below is an overview of how our system works.
New for 2025 we have launched our affiliate reseller program. You can register as an affiliate and earn money for every person you recommend to book a course with us. Below are the full details of how this program works and how much you can earn.
How this program works

Register as an affiliate
To recommend our courses to potential customers you will need to register as an affiliate. This is a very quick and easy process and can be done online by clicking here. We will then be able to easily link you to any new customers that you recommend. This will ensure that your commission payments are made promptly on time.

When and how will you get paid ?
We make commission payments directly into our affiliate's bank accounts each Friday. This is paid on the next Friday after the course has ended. How soon this is depends on when the customer is ready to do the practical training after they book the course, Some customers will be ready to start straight away and others may need a few weeks before they are ready to complete the practical training

Is it Free to be a Flair affiliate ?
There is no initial or ongoing fees to be a Flair affiliate. You simply register with us and start recommending our courses to people you may already know. You will be paid for any bookings made by a new customer that you recommend.

Recommend our courses to your friends, family or work colleagues
When you recommend our LGV courses to someone and that person books a course with us that will be classed as a converted lead. We will confirm that to you and you will earn £200 commission.
You will provide the basic details of the potential customer to us online by clicking here. That will link the customer to your affiliate number. We then contact the customer directly and complete the booking process. We will take care of all test bookings etc using our well established system and you will have nothing else to do in respect of that booking.

How much do we charge for our courses ?
All our courses are individually priced according to what the customer needs. You can take a look at our prices page by clicking here. This is what you would use to price the course to the customer.
