CPC Mod 2 Pass Certificate Upload

You can upload a copy of your CPC Mod 2 Pass Certificate. We are unable to accept bookings for  Mod 4 tests until we have this copy.

Please make sure we can see all the information on the certificate

If using a PC or laptop

Scan the certificate and save as a file on a laptop etc then upload using the link below

If using a mobile phone

Take a photo of the certificate with the phone and upload the photo using the link below.

If you are unable to do either of the above then you can email a copy of the Mod 2 certificate to info@flairtraining.co.uk
